On June 18th, 2018 the Rotary Club of Grass Valley convened at Condon Park to celebrate the demotion of Scott Browne. As Scott paddled off into the Sunset our New President Kris Stepanian took up the gavel and shall reign for the 2018-2019 Rotary Year. Long live the Queen!
